Bug: Incompatible peer dependency versions for eslint-config packages
The @metamask/eslint-config was upgraded to ^15.0.0, but @metamask/eslint-config-jest, @metamask/eslint-config-nodejs, and @metamask/eslint-config-typescript all remain at ^11.1.0. These packages have a peer dependency on @metamask/eslint-config: ^11.0.0, which is incompatible with the newly installed version 15.0.0. Additionally, v15.0.0 requires eslint: ^9.11.0, eslint-plugin-import-x: ^4.3.0, eslint-plugin-jsdoc: ^50.2.4, and eslint-plugin-promise: ^7.1.0, but the project has incompatible versions (eslint: ^8.40.0, eslint-plugin-import, eslint-plugin-jsdoc: ^39.6.2) and is missing eslint-plugin-promise.
